• Property Photos: You upload property photos to be processed into promotional videos. These photos are stored temporarily on our servers solely for the purpose of video generation.

• Usage Data: We collect limited usage analytics such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve our service.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate promotional videos from your property photos
• Provide and maintain the PropMotion service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Communicate with you about service updates, billing, and support
• Improve our AI models and service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Photo Data Retention

Your property photos are treated with special care:

• Photos are stored on our servers only for the duration of video processing (typically under 10 minutes).
• Once your video is generated and delivered, your photos are permanently deleted from our servers.
• Downloaded videos are stored on your device only — we do not maintain copies of your generated videos.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, share them with third parties, or display them publicly without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, payment processing (Stripe), analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the services they perform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.
